Brandi is the CEO of Inspiring Purpose Day Program. Brandi comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the field of human services- encompassing developmental disabilities, mental health, behavioral health and social services. Brandi began her journey working in the social service field providing crisis support and social services to individuals in Cincinnati Public schools and foster care systems. She then started her career working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities at Children’s hospital and on to center specific care. Brandi went on to serve adults of the forensic psychiatric population as a program evaluator for vocational services and served as the program manager of a residential facility serving at risk youth. Brandi has a track record of supporting programs that assist and support individuals of various challenges and ensuring that those individuals not only have a voice, but that they have the tools, support, and resources provided to them to lead functional happy lives, and are included in a supportive cohesive community. Brandi’s passion to support individuals with developmental disabilities is unwavering and brought her back to serve out that passion with IPDP. She believes that community means including individuals of all abilities, and it is her goal to see that through in this program. Brandi received her Bachelors in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University. Brandi grew up in Anderson Township, attended Anderson High school and now raises her children in the Anderson Township area. In her spare time Brandi enjoys spending time with her blended family of 5 children and 1 dog. She enjoys hiking, gardening, kayaking, camping and travel as much as she can to experience new places and culture

Lisa Byrne is the founder of Inspiring Purpose Day Program. She is the mother of a 24-year-old daughter with special needs. Lisa received her M.Ed. in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Lisa worked as a volunteer for Rettsyndrome.org (formally the International Rett Syndrome Foundation) and held the position as Regional Representative for Southern Ohio. In her spare time Lisa enjoys hanging out with family and friends and tending to her bunnies, dogs, cats, turtles, chameleon, and hermit crabs.
